1. Ticket Usage

Tickets are only valid for the specific date and time selected during your purchase. Each ticket grants admission for one person only. Children under the age of 3 are allowed to enter free of charge, as long as they’re accompanied by a paying adult. Please note that all ticket purchases are final and cannot be transferred or refunded, except in the case of an event cancellation initiated by the organizer.

2. Entry Policy

Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their chosen time slot to ensure a smooth entry process. Entry may be denied to late arrivals, and unfortunately, rescheduling or refunds will not be available in such cases. Upon arrival, guests must present either a digital or printed version of their ticket in order to be admitted.

3. Event Rules

To maintain a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. All visitors are expected to follow instructions given by the event staff at all times. Photography is welcome, but the use of flash or tripods is strictly prohibited.

4. Health & Safety

For the wellbeing of all attendees, we ask that you do not come to the event if you are feeling unwell. The event implements standard health and safety procedures, including crowd management and regular sanitation, to ensure a safe environment for all visitors.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding should such situations arise.

6. Privacy

Organizers are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, naturaAny personal data you provide during the ticket purchase process is used solely for confirming your booking and facilitating entry. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties.
